•       Pretend to be the manager of a company (not an owner or VA).

•       Request a quotation list:

o      Make sure to specify the demanded volume, confines, packaging format, and any branding or hallmark conditions.

Compare Samples with Competitor Product

•       Choose the top 2 suppliers from your initial pool of 10 and confirm your partnership with them.

•       Order product samples from both.

•       Also order a sample from your competitor via Amazon UAE.

•       Choose the supplier whose quality exactly matches your competitor’s.

Payment Terms

•       Typical payment structure: 30% upfront, 70% after completion.

•       Some suppliers may propose a 50/50 payment arrangement; don’t hesitate to negotiate if needed.

Important Notes

•       Get an invoice with your business name or your own name.

•       Always pay through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

•       Never use Western Union or other unsafe methods.

 Create a Dummy Amazon Listing

While your product is under manufacturing:

•       Set up a sample product listing on Amazon Seller Central (such as Amazon.ae).

•       Utilize provisional supplier photos and placeholder text.

Prepare Listing Content

•       Write 5 bullet points, a title, and a product description.

•       Either compose the content yourself or engage a professional copywriter.

•       Later, update it with original content and photos.

Once samples are received:

•       Send them to a professional photographer, or

•       Take your own 3-4 high-quality images (including the main image).

•       Replace the temporary images in your listing with these updated visuals.
