Section
1: Order Management – FBA vs FBM
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
- Amazon stores your inventory in its fulfillment centers
- Amazon picks, packs, ships, and provides customer
service
- Best for automation and scaling your business
- Ideal for international sellers in UAE/KSA
Recommended model for MPL business
2 Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM)
- You handle packing, shipping, and customer service
- You are responsible for delivery and return logistics
- Requires a physical warehouse/logistics setup
- Customer support is your responsibility
Not recommended for beginners or
remote sellers – too much manual work
Section
2: Where to Manage Orders
To check and manage orders in your
Amazon Seller Central:
Go to: Orders > Manage Orders
Here, you can:
- See a list of all received orders
- Check status (pending, shipped, cancelled)
- Track daily order volume
- Print invoices or packing slips (FBM only)
- Manage return requests

Amazon centralizes all buyer
communications.

Here you’ll:
- Receive buyer inquiries and complaints

- Handle A-to-Z claims (FBM only)

customer support. You just monitor for notifications.

4: Handling A-to-Z Guarantee Claims
A-to-Z Guarantee is Amazon’s buyer
protection program.
When
can a buyer file a claim?
- Buyer didn’t receive the product
- Product was defective or different from listing
- Return was issued, but refund not received
How
to respond:
- Go to Help > Contact Us
- Choose Selling on Amazon > Orders > A-to-Z
Guarantee Claim
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Proof of delivery
- Product images (if returned item is different or

Pro Tip: Scale Your MPL Business Smartly
Start with one Micro Private
Label product, then scale to 2, 4, or 5.
Launching MPL is:
- Low budget (AED 3000–3500)
- Fast to rank (within 10 days)
- High ROI (AED 1000–1300/month profit per product)
Imagine having 4–5 products
running—this becomes a passive income machine.
You can:
- Hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage your business
- Or learn the system yourself and run multiple MPLs
hands-free
Even job holders in Dubai/Saudi can manage their business from Pakistan via a child account
or a relative’s help.
Sell
or Flip Your Amazon Account Later
Once your listings mature:
- Gain reviews, sales history, and BSR rank
- Your account’s value increases
- You can sell (flip) the business for a high
return
